We offer reliable on-site IT support across Orange County, California.
Our base service call fee includes technician travel, initial diagnostics, and professional consultation โ whether the issue is resolved immediately or requires further work.
Standard Service Call Fee โ $60
This flat fee applies to all scheduled in-person visits, regardless of job complexity or duration.
The service call fee still applies if your issue is resolved within 15 minutes (e.g., reconnecting a cable or power reset).
The fee is due on the same day of the visit and must be paid in full.
Appointment Confirmation
Once an invoice has been sent to the client, the appointment is considered confirmed.
At that point, we have collected the client’s name, address, phone number, and email, and agreed upon the date and time of service.
That time slot is reserved exclusively for the client. Other client requests may be declined to ensure availability.
Clients may reschedule only once without penalty.
Any second rescheduling, last-minute cancellation, or no-show (including not being home or not answering the door) will result in the $60 service call fee being owed in full.
Non-Refundable & Billable Conditions
The $60 service call fee remains billable in full if:

The client cancels a confirmed appointment after the time and date have been agreed upon and an invoice has been sent

The client is not present at the confirmed location and time, including cases where the technician cannot gain access or the door is not answered

The client refuses service after on-site diagnostics

The client declines to proceed with the job due to cost, time, or other personal reasons
If the technician arrives and the client is not reachable, a 15-minute grace period will apply. After that time, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the full $60 service call fee will apply.
Fee Waivers & Exceptions
If the client proceeds with paid services during the same visit, the base fee may be waived or credited, depending on the scope of work.
Discounts, coupons, and promotions do not apply to the base service call fee.
Booking & Preparation
Appointments may be scheduled by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or online request.
Before the technician arrives, please:
