On-Site IT Service Call – Orange County, CA
We offer reliable on-site IT support across Orange County, California. Our base service call fee includes technician travel, initial diagnostics, and professional consultation — whether the issue is resolved immediately or requires further work.
Standard Service Call Fee – $60
This flat fee applies to all scheduled in-person visits, regardless of job complexity or duration.
The base fee still applies if your issue is resolved within 15 minutes (e.g., reconnecting a cable or power reset).
The fee must be paid on the same day of the visit.
Non-Refundable Conditions
The service call fee is non-refundable if the client:

Cancels after the technician has been dispatched.

Refuses service after on-site diagnostics.

Declines further work due to cost, time, or other reasons.
Fee Waivers & Exceptions

If the client proceeds with paid services during the same visit, the base fee may be waived or applied as credit, depending on the scope.

Discounts, coupons, and promotions do not apply to the base service call fee.
