On-Site IT Service Call – Orange County, CA

We offer reliable on-site IT support across Orange County, California. Our base service call fee includes technician travel, initial diagnostics, and professional consultation — whether the issue is resolved immediately or requires further work.

Standard Service Call Fee – $60

This flat fee applies to all scheduled in-person visits, regardless of job complexity or duration.

The base fee still applies if your issue is resolved within 15 minutes (e.g., reconnecting a cable or power reset).

The fee must be paid on the same day of the visit.


Non-Refundable Conditions

The service call fee is non-refundable if the client:

  • Cancels after the technician has been dispatched.

  • Refuses service after on-site diagnostics.

  • Declines further work due to cost, time, or other reasons.


Fee Waivers & Exceptions

  • If the client proceeds with paid services during the same visit, the base fee may be waived or applied as credit, depending on the scope.

  • Discounts, coupons, and promotions do not apply to the base service call fee.

Before the technician arrives, please:

  • Ensure access to all necessary equipment or areas.

  • Provide power and internet if applicable.
